What’s the holdup???!!!

We are very close to shipping, i.e. hopefully later today (Wednesday 20th March), but i can appreciate that it is very frustrating

The above image shows samples of 5 different densities of polystyrene

The one at the bottom labelled ‘original’ is the material that we packed the first few batches of machines with that resulted in some damageed machines

The black flecked sample above it is the material we have used on all subsequent shipments to date. It is a vast improvement, but we have still had a couple of side panels arrive with dings in them

The machines that ship this week will be packaged with the polystyrene on the very top of the pile marked ‘Extra high density’. If you look closely you can see compression marks on it where we have tried to crush it with our fingers

Anyway, all being well the extra high density polystyrene will arrive tomorrow and we will be able to ship the latest batch of machines and make a few more of you happy

I apologise for these delays, but every time we ship machines we are trying to improve on the previous shipment to ensure we get the damage right down to my target of 2%

I am confident that waiting for this high density polystyrene is the right decision; it is so disappointing to open any package and discover that the goods you have waited so long for are damaged in some way

I look forward to advising that we have shipped some machines later today
