No leaks! No damage!

OK, its a laughably small sample size in the grand scheme of things, but all of the machines we sent on Friday have been plugged in & set up by their owners and there is no damage or leaks. With a bit of luck we can turn this into a trend. It just leaves me kicking myself for not insisting on it from day one! All customers without exception have said nothing to worry about, dead easy, so that is encouraging too.

On the other side of the ledger we didn’t get any machines shipped today, which i would put down to Fracino production taking priority. Mustn’t grizzle – we’ve been hogging the priority queue a fair bit lately. Some machines will ship tomorrow; how many i don’t have visibility of yet.

Hope to receive replacement seal kits, new consignment of bottomless (sold out again), and plumb in kits soon. The plumb in kits will then be shipped by us from London, rather than with the machine from Birmingham. Also had a bit of tune up on the wooden items – tamper & handles – excruciatingly slow!

To be honest I’ve done a poor job of explaining and communicating how to fit the plumb in kit & i know there is more than one customer out there who has struggled with it & that’s not acceptable. We’ve changed the plumb in kit fittings to make it easier. We’ve also made some other minor tweaks. When I can get my hands on another L1 with a plumb in kit I owe many of you a video show how to fit it. I apologise, the support & guidance on fitting this has been poor. There is a different fitting to use if you plumb to the pump than if you remove the pump and connect direct to the solenoid. If you think fittings are missing (yes, its happened I’m afraid) then please get in touch – these are quick & easy items to ship anywhere.
