These seemed way too hard to come by so we’ve decided to stock them. Not only do they appear in the Cremina but also the ubiquitous La Pavoni and others.
Ours have been specified to run in the range 0.5-1.5 bar, factory set at 1.0 bar (close) with a range of 0.1 bar (open to close) and come with the necessary 1/4″ thread.
Our Cremina is desperately awaiting the arrival of this component as the pressure stat is currently very sick with a different closing pressure every time we turn it on and a range in excess of 0.2 bar. We’re really looking forward to swapping out the pressure stat and getting it back to ‘better than factory’ condition.
