We are adding an ex-factory inspection to implement our own set of quality control standards
At the completion of this pre-delivery inspection (PDI) we will be in a position to provide you with a video showing the machine pulling espresso and an over view to show that the machine is in good order and condition and has passed LONDINIUM’s own set of quality control standards
At LONDINIUM we take responsibility for getting your machine to you in good order and condition, and we are greatly aided in this by DHL Express who we have used since 2008 and they have almost never let us down. We are extremely impressed with their service record and they have delivered our machines to 92 countries
We are conscious that whilst we make solid durable machines that deliver excellence in the cup, we have on occasions disappointed customers by delivering machines that had clearly not been subject to a sufficiently rigorous quality control process and today’s announcement address this long standing weakness in the LONDINIUM customer experience
