we’ve learnt a few tricks from building the LONDINIUM II that will be deployed on the LONDINIUM III & all future LONDINIUM II machines
we have an unused, boxed LONDINIUM II on hand for prospective customers to come and measure and familiarise themselves with, but we pull any espresso required on the LONDINIUM I
i think we will do the same with the LONDINIUM III, i.e. we will have a dry, unused one on hand
this way machines are available – people often send their shop fitters to get the measurements right before they cut holes in benchtops, etc and in the event that someone falls in love with one and simply cant leave without it they can load it up on the spot and off they go
if we connect the machines up they are instantly in an unsaleable condition, at least as new machine
