I’ve waxed lyrical until yesterday about how we have never sent out an email to our customers
well, i can’t say that anymore because we sent our first one out yesterday 🙁
hopefully the subject matter made it worth the intrusion
I’ve been persuaded by my good friend hayden that it is a modern business imperative
lets see how much hate mail you send us – I’m still not entirely convinced 🙂
we’ll keep a fairly tight rein on it, don’t worry
i know email from even my favourite businesses infuriates me, but perhaps I’m atypical
