reading around the net, in particular the feedback from Australia, i think there is a need for me to get a big VST basket and run some 22g shots for the Aussies in particular as this is what you guys are used to seeing – the rich chocolate brown tones that up dosing produces
all the shots you have see to date are from sub 16g dosing and I’m sure you don’t need to be told that these have a paler appearance than shots with larger doses and secondly we haven’t wound up the red channel in post production either
as a result they do look under extracted, i agree
now we have machines in owners hands and orders flowing we have a bit more time to fluff around playing baristas – life is a lot more pleasant than it was this time last month
so as and when i have a bit of free time i will try and take some clips that are more visually pleasing
