not dramatic news, but important operational improvements –

1. yesterday we shipped all the machines that were ordered the previous day. that means that some of those customers will receive their machines today, less than 48 hours after placing their order. it has taken a long time to get to this point and it is hugely beneficial to both you as a customer and us as things are easier to manage internally when orders just go straight out the door

2. we have finally replaced our coffee subscription module. this has limited customer facing impact, although it now means that when you log into our website and go to the ‘your account’ screen that you will now have a button to cancel your subscription on the spot. to date you have had to request that we do this for you. but in the back office this change in the subscription module is a huge step forward for us as the previous module was a pigs ear and all but unmanageable

in other news we would hope to add our expert barista training courses this month too, which i know know is of interest to some of you
