Thank you so much for everything. I have been meaning to write sooner, but haven’t had much of a chance. I wanted to say that it has been a true pleasure dealing with you and your company. My family and I absolutely love our Londinium and I know that it will be a part of the family for a long time to come. You and your company make an amazing product and we couldn’t be happier with our machine. Also your customer service is by far the best customer service I have ever dealt with. Thank you so much for everything and please keep doing what you are doing. There are very few companies that actually put forth the time, passion and quality in their products these days, and your company can definitely be counted among those few.
