LONDINIUM Espresso was founded in 2007 with turbulent times in mind. Last week DHL Express delivered a machine to our customer in Saudi Arabia with no significant delay or disruption. We have worked with DHL Express since 2008 and they have never lost a single machine. There is no other carrier that we can say this about. On extremely rare occasions consignments have gone missing for a couple of weeks – this happened once with a machine we sent to Bahrain, but DHL Express found it safe and sound in the corner of their warehouse and promptly delivered it to our customer. We have sent machines to 92 countries with DHL Express and we are ready and capable to get one to you too. That said we do not recommend our machines for customers who are tool phobic – if you are competent with basic hand tools and live outside any of the major cities where the famous espresso brands have their service centres then a LONDINIUM lever espresso machine is the perfect choice for you. We offer machines that are as simple as they can be whilst still offering excellence in the cup. Rather than compete head on with existing lever espresso machines that were developed fro traditional dark roasted coffee, LONDINIUM Espresso machines are optimised to get the best out of modern medium and light single origin espresso roasts, other than our very first machine the L1(2012-16) which was optimised for traditional dark roasts; the market reaction to that machine caused us to pivot and every machine since has been optimised for medium and light roasted single origin espresso
