Tromsø is far up in the arctic circle in Norway, at 70 N. Apart from whales and icy mountains, we have here the world’s northernmost hospital, university and brewery. Since a few days we also have what I expect is world’s northermost LI. I bought it second hand from Mikel Duynisveld, from the tropical city of Oslo. It arrived leaking from the steam tap but otherwise in good nick, and that problem has now been solved.
You and I have something else in common apart from being at opposite ends of the production line of this fine machine: I grew up in NZ and lived for some time in Auckland. My little brother Philip still lives there.
