not a lot to be honest, business as usual
the next big thing on the horizon for us is this weekend’s inaugural New Zealand speciality coffee festival, Caffeination, where a LONDINIUM I is up for grabs as a prize for anyone who registers & attends the festival during the prize draw
following that we have a stand at the London festival of coffee, in the former buildings of the Truman Brewery off Brick Lane. on the stand we will have a LONDINIUM I paired with a Mahlkoenig EK43 set up for you to pull shots on. i dont think it is mere hyperbole to claim that you will be amazed by the clarity and defintion in the shot, which reminds me, i must get some coffee roasted for it and set it aside to rest
we also eagerly await the arrival of the LONDINIUM III, but we’ve had to wait our turn in the queue as our manufacturer has been busy over the last 10 months bringing boiler production inhouse and in parallel a number of extremely large commercial opportunities, exponentially bigger than anything we can offer them. i am so looking forward to taking delivery of what will be the flagship of our range, and it will also bring the project to a completion; that will round out our line up
the development of inhouse boiler production has a direct benefit to you as a customer as it means we are assured of a constant supply of boilers, something which really impacted our ability to deliver product in a timely manner in 2012 & Q1-Q3 of 2013
