It’s unacceptable for it to take 7-10 days for a courier to get a parcel to any city in Western Europe in 2013
Its annoying for you when you pay a premium for a courier service not to receive prompt delivery and it costs us an inordinate amount of time whenever we have to play call centre roulette to locate a parcel
