Well, less than a week with the machine and I am most impressed. I’ve had La Pavoni lever machines for ten years or so and to be completely fair, they can produce good espresso. In fact it can be excellent. However, their build quality is at best questionable – they all seem to be built to the same flimsy standard as a 1970’s Fiat/Alfa. The Vectis is in a completely different league and has produced outstanding results from the very first shot. It’s definitely worth every penny.
