Barring disaster we will ship your machines on Monday. I don’t doubt you are feeling a bit miffed that machines shipped today that were ordered after yours. We didn’t single you out for special treatment, it is simply that within the production batch it breaks into sub-batches, based on specification
For example, no 110V machines shipped today – its just the way the cards fell. Be assured that we have not run out of parts or struck some kind of issue. Monday should see all the machines that were ordered in 2012 shipped – a milestone that we are every bit as keen to achieve as you are to receive your machine
