Hi Reiss,

sorry for the late answer, I’ve to relocate next April and are busy finding a new house. Last Sunday I finally
found the time to install the kit. Installing the water-connection went relatively smooth, even though there
is very little space to tighten the screw-nuts between the frame and the tank. Using intense force and a
tiny bit of Loxeal the connection became tight

After installing the water drain I was not sure if I’ve done it correctly because I found no use for the single screw
with the large grommet. I’ve attached 2 photos of the water drain.

When I installed the new legs the disaster happened: when I lifted the right side of the machine to install the
last leg the machine slipped to the left from the table, crashed on the ground and came to rest in an 90 degree
downward position trapped between the table leg and a dishwasher. Luckily the old cut-out top panel lay exactly
there on the floor, damping the impact force a little but got bent severely. I immediately pulled the machine
back onto the table and examined the damage. Because the side and top panels had been removed only three
parts were damaged: the upper right edge of the front part with the “Londinium espresso” engraving is totally
bent inwards (hit the floor), the right edge of the drip tray and the left upper edge of the rear panel which banged
against the dishwasher are bent too (photo attached).

I cleaned everything, checked all connections, crossed my fingers and switched the L1 on: to my great relief
everything worked fine, not a single leaky connection inside the machine and even the freshly installed water
connection worked correctly! I reinstalled all panels, everything fitted well in place and I could not detect any
warping of the frame. Having used the machine daily for one week now everything seems to be ok. You can pat
yourself on your back for this built quality!!

To get things straight I need to purchase 4 parts from you:

– a new front part (with the Londinium logo)
– a new flat drip tray housing (plumbing-in edition)
– a new rear panel
– a new cut-out top panel (tank version, eventually I will need it again after relocating)

Because most of these parts are not listed on your website, please give me your price including shipping and handling,
I will sent it to you via Paypal immediately.

With kind regards,
