One of the reasons for the new website was to eliminate the time lost responding to emails asking what the shipping charge would be to destination X as it was too big a task for us to enter and maintain rates for all destinations for every weight band manually
Our new website loads a pricing file with in excess of 500,000 records for every possible destination and weight
We have also added a button that will calculate the shipping charge for your order
We have also added local currency converter buttons dotted around the site at points that are hopefully useful
So for shipping charges if you can first put the website to work and only contact us if it lets you down for some reason, this would be much appreciated
