Look out for new coffee from Costa Rica, Rwanda, Brazil (3), Bolivia (2)
Expected in this week, but as always we’ll take our time to decipher it and make sure we are getting the best from it before we release it for sale
Previously we’ve shied away from many coffees that we felt were too acidic
LONDINIUM I has swept away the concerns we previously held – we’re getting great shots with coffee that we previously thought was too acidic
With LONDINIUM I we can run higher group temperatures without the group breaking out of thermal equilibrium and getting hotter and hotter and hotter when back to back shots are drawn
We’re roasting lighter, but the flip side is they do need a longer rest period to round out, otherwise they are thin & bright & mean
