I purchased your Londinium 1 in januari together with the “On Balance” scale.
The machine is just amazing. I owned a Rocket before. Every shot was different. With my limited skills I am able to make really nice espresso with the Londinium. Almost every shot! One satisfied customer!
Yesterday the display of the scale showed “Rcal”, according to the manual I have to push “cal” wait for “0,00” to show and than put the 200gr weight on in order to recalibrate. Only the “0.00” never shows.
I can’t use it at all because after switching on/off or taking out the batteries, it keeps begging for recalibration which can’t be done because the “0.00” will not show. Just “Rcal”..
Am I missing something?
