this is very much consumer grade kit, but having said that i knew it would be before i bought it, and i am exceptionally pleased with it for what it cost
the best part is the quality of the light the LEDs emit – 5600K is the colour temperature from memory – just ideal for taking shots of espresso
the issue it immediately identified is the PF mount in the bottom of the group was not fit for public viewing so i am in the process of cleaning it
providing i am not rough with it this little gadget should allow me to take short raw video clips of the LONDINIUM I on my iPhone. to me this is important as i would love to get into video editing but the little i have done in the past has seen whole days just vanish – i simply dont have that kind of time to turn every clip into a full hollywood production and i think raw footage more accurately reflects what we are about anyway – LONDINIUM is a workshop for the creation of single origin espresso, which has necessitated the development of our own family of commercial spring lever espresso machines in one, two, and three groups as a by-product of pursuit of the ultimate single origin espresso
