You simply email us and state why you wish to return the machine. All we ask is that you repack it using all of the original packaging. We will book in DHL on our account to come and collect the machine from you. As soon as the machine arrives back with us we issue an immediate refund for the full price you paid
Guess what? Not one single person has claimed on it. Not one*
And we are quick to offer it if we think we are being drawn into a death by a 1000 cuts. Time is a precious commodity – we’d far rather just give you your money back in full & promptly than discuss how you would have made the machine. We simply haven’t got time at the moment to indulge in such discussions
* we have refunded one customer in full, but outside of the 30 day period and in slightly unusual circumstances. This customer received a Luxe when we were still shipping machines with the group fully mounted. As a result he had a number of leaking joints. When he tightened the nuts he was left with marks in the clear coat and limescale stains from the leaks. We agree that we would take the Luxe back and give him a Standard machine and refund the difference in the retail prices. Unfortunately we were unable to build him a standard machine before he became sick of waiting and simply asked for a refund in full, which we duly did.
