LONDINIUM I: poetry in motion

this just in from new londinium customer richard. thank you for your kind words richard.

Our LONDINIUM I

in the search for good espresso, over the last few years
there’s been gaggia, jura and moka, disapointment and tears

so i recently joined the coffeeforums, ‘what is your dream machine?’
‘an L1 plumbed in’ everyone said, this is one I hadn’t seen

Londinium Espresso website followed, and some fabulous reviews
often paired with an HG1 grinder, with heavenly extractions on youtube

but i was going to get a rocket or a quickmill both with a PID
but they are emulating spring levers, with complicated electronics I believe

So I started thinking seriously, and a Londinium was ordered online
and an Anfin Super Caimano, to ensure the espresso is just sublime

It was a pleasure to hear from Reiss Gunson, that the machine was on it’s way
the naked portafilter also, my wife said ‘it’s DHL…hip hip hooray!’

So all the gear is here, and the ginder is all set up
but it’s not all about the gear and grind, it’s what is in the cup

and to that regard we are producing, the best espresso I’ve ever seen
and feel proud of our Londinium, the build quality and beautiful strong stainless steel

and the steaming is getting better, and so is my latte art
so do yourselves a favour, ‘add a londinium to your shopping cart’

you never will regret it, you’ll love your lever machine
and the support of Reiss and Londinium, the best coffee and best in bean

so a sincere thank you all at Londinium, from me and my wife
for a fabulous machine and coffee, that has improved the quality of our life

Have a great weekend kind regards

Richard
