the first reason we built LONDINIUM I was to create a lever machine that produced exceptional shots consistently
one of the things that LONDINIUM I has revealed is we are roasting our coffees a bit too far
while it doesn’t mean you’ll see us passing off filter roasts as espresso roasts anytime soon, we do need to take 2-3 degrees fahrenheit off the terminal temperature of all of our roasts
its actually a big job to reprofile all our work, but now that we have LONDINIUM I in production we can get back to the knitting and focus on the roasting
