Just wanted to give you a follow up email on my machine. It came very quickly once shipped with DHL. I’m very impressed with their speed. Good choice as a delivery service. The machine was in perfect order and went together very smoothly. I did have to look up the color codes on the plug to make sure which one was ground. Thank goodness for Wikipedia. The only change that I would suggest is some sort of indicator on the front that lets you know when the machine is powered on. I have mine connected to a timer and when the heater is off there is no indication to let me know if there is power to it or not. Other than that, and that is not a machine defect just a wished for feature, I couldn’t be happier. The consistency of the performance is so wonderful. If the coffee needs just a touch more sweetness I grind just slightly finer and bam the machine delivers. Same if it’s just a touch to sweet just loosen the grind and there it is in the cup just as one could wish. I had a double boiler before this but it was an earlier model and the constancy upgrade is equal to going from a mazzer mini to a compack k10. Just wonderful. Thank you for creating such a fine machine.
