LONDINIUM I has caused changes in our equipment offering, and these will continue
However the real value we see LONDINIUM I bringing is the impact it can make on our espresso offering
We hope that it allows us to work faster and more accurately when evaluating new roasts
The impact of that is likely to be that roasts we thought were up to the mark may not be, and roasts that we have wrestled with in the past we may suddenly see in a new light
We need to pull a lot more shots, but we are seeing early indications of this so don’t be surprised if you see a real shake up in our espresso roasts over the next 12 months
