Had great coffee again this morning. I can now finally understand the ‘taste wheel’ words about fruits and nuts and chocolate referred to in coffee talk. Before I have tremendously enjoyed my coffees already, but in ‘reading’ the taste I remained in the “big letter words” section of sweet-sour-btter-acid-caramel. For my taste buds, the HG One and Londinium 1 combination works like a pair of excellent custom made reading glasses. I can now taste/read the small print clearly like citrus-blackberry-malt.
