LONDINIUM I: available for sale & plumbed in versions with or without pump are available

The end of a brilliant day

nothing but pure relief!

the Luxe says ‘sold out’ because we haven’t finalised the pricing – it cost more than we expected, but we hope to publish the price on Monday

also pleased to announce that we will offer two variants for plumbing in;

one, with the pump in place for situations where your water pressure is less than 1.5 bar

two, with the pump removed for situations where your water pressure is sufficient, i.e. greater than 1.5 bar

neither of these variants will carry a price premium, and will be available in both Luxe and standard finishes

you will see that we have responded to your input regarding the punch pattern for the grill that sits in the drip tray, and I can assure you that it functions perfectly

bottomless portafilters will also be available, but again i will not be able to price until monday

getting started is very easy – fill the reservoir with water, and turn it on

wait for a few moments while the sensors determine if there is water to be pumped, then the pump actuates

the boiler quickly fills, then the element switches on

in 3 minutes the boiler is fully pressurised

then pull the lever down for 7 seconds (1000, 2000, â ¦, 7000)

refill the reservoir and wait 7 more minutes & LONDINIUM I is ready for making espresso

it’s that easy.

i apologise for no proper images or video – we cut through the 24 hours faster than we expected today

will try to take some tomorrow
