After almost 3 months of waiting I picked up the machine yesterday.
Wow that was a fast trouble free shipment, the machine arrived in 48 hours including customs clearance !
Thank you very much for arranging the EUR1 certificate, with it the customs clearance went smooth and fast and I only had to pay VAT + small commission fee to DHL.
The machine was packed very well, there is a small dent on the drip tray cover (I will send you a picture later).
I installed the machine last night and mounted the top half of the group easily thanks to your excellent instructions in your video (I hope you will excuse me for using my longer 4 mm hex key and not the one that you supplied with the machine 😉 ).
I only had a chance to make just a few cups but I can honestly say that the machine is exactly what you described and more, the espresso is excellent, what I expected and even more and it’s so easy to get great shots from this machine.
Paring it with my K10 fresh grinder makes it “a child’s game” to get wonderful shots easily.
The plumbed version is such a joy to have, it’s very quiet and convenient to use, the lever is so smooth to operate and the machine is stable as a rock with no flexing or any movement while pulling the lever.
My Elektra T1 will be up for sale very soon, my previously owned Strega did not convinced me to sell the T1 but the Londinium did …
