just remember to cut your shots short if you want to ultimate taste – i would say i only put 2/3 of the total volume that would issue from the group into the cup
its simple – just pull the cup out from the espresso stream early – about 2/3 of the full amount is worth trying if you havent before
it is definitely a mistake to sit the cup under there and wring out every last drop – your espresso will not only not be as sweet, but it is a lot more dilute too
