we’re still bogged in the time consuming task of selecting a suitable commercial property
we want an area for roasting, we want an office, we want a showroom, toilet, handbasin, 3 ph.100A/ph. electricity, gas, some natural light, a suitable location, not too little space, not too much, fast internet… and so it quickly eliminates a long list of candidates down to a very short list with none of them ticking all the boxes… such is life, its always a compromise in the end
with regret we have walked away from a property that was at the top of our list today as we couldnt get straight answers on installing the necessary services
you quickly learn in business that its all about surrounding yourself with good people, and it is pleasing to have found another good contact in commercial property this evening. our search resumes tomorrow
i cant wait to post a blog entry here that announces that we have found what we are looking for, and post images of the fitout as we go
i also received a call today advising that our green coffee arrives in New Zealand on 25 June so that is welcome news
