Now you can grind into your portafilter, place the LONDINIUM distribution funnel on top of the basket (it is a perfectly snug fit so it wont fall off) and stir ten times in a clockwise direction then ten times in a counter clockwise direction with the LONDINIUM distribution tool. Remove the LONDINIUM distribution funnel from the top of the basket
Tamp level. Fit the portafilter to the group. Pull the lever. Allow 5-7 seconds pre-infusion and release the lever. Prepare for your jjaw to drop as you see the improvement in your shot for the first time
