I am tied up with photography for the next 2 days, but i visited the manufacturer on monday and we now have machines in stock so i will book them with DHL tonight so they ship tomorrow
The timing of the HOST Exhibition in Milan last week was just lousy in terms of order fulfillment, but anyway, here we are
Stuckmann is the only order we cant ship tomorrow as a machine needs to be taken from stock and have the water and steam valves switched left for right, and a production slot needs to be booked for this activity
Other than that, we’re all up to date, and i cant tell you how good that feels – the oldest order shipping tomorrow was placed on 14 October
This is a major milestone for us as this has been the one issue that has really rubbed customers up the wrong way; very long lead times on some orders
Now that the product is stable we really hope this is a thing of the past, although i dont doubt we will stock out of machines in the run up to christmas
