We are really pleased with how it performs as both an espresso (for those of you who like a fruity expression of the art), and in our view is exceptional as a piccolo (if you’ve not made one before we encourage you to as it couldn’t be simpler – the espresso is not corrupted by virtue of keeping the espresso:milk ratio at 1:1. just texture a very small amount of silky, velvety milk and add it to your exquisitely extracted espresso, filling to the top of your espresso cup.
