just to update – i am still running a 20.5g dose in this basket which is close to max, but it is performing very nicely – i couldnt be happier with it
in preparation for our pop up shop tomorrow i have been running 18 day old Rwandan on our new slightly lighter roast profile and putting 5oz/150mL of milk on top for a total of 6oz/180mL
its a delicious mix and im very happy to have it on show tomorrow
we are resorting to paper cups, for which i can only apologise, but it will suffice for day 1
