Gone!

A great feeling – we despatched 12 machines an hour or so ago

Thursday is a great day to ship as the UK machines get to the customer on Friday and the internationals are guaranteed to be on an aircraft before the weekend kicks in. One of the key reasons we use DHL Express is so the machines are moving through the carrier network at speed. When you drop down to economy services that’s when opportunities arise for stuff to go missing as it sits around waiting to be aggregated onto the next empty flight/truck. Express shipments always get on the next available flight. As soon as goods stop moving it creates a risk of interference or misappropriation. We have not suffered a single instance of this.

We have another 2, possibly 3 machines, to ship tomorrow

I sincerely hope one goes to you Mr Springfield as you are now our only outstanding January order

I will get this information in the morning and advise as soon as I have it

All machines sent today have the new packaging system, its not just an academic or theoretical improvement, its a big step up in durability

Anyway, the theory is all well & good – lets see how it performs in the field; zero transit damage is what i am looking for this time
