We are up and going! The girls said the DHL folks were pretty dang nice, when they brought the packages into the office. Packages were in fine shape. Experimenting with grind, dose, tamp, etc.. My second cup was too coarse, took seconds to finish the “pull”, yet for some reason tasted nice. Last few have been very pleasant cuppas. I have not begun working on milk; the espresso has been lots of fun. I must say, I am more than pleased. Thanks RG!
Btw my coffee is from Klatch Roasters: “Belle espresso”. I have already gotten a lot out of these beans! But I have heaps to learn.
