we roasted the two beans separately and blended post roast as these beans have roast profiles that are miles apart
really really looking forward to trying this one. perhaps it will be a flop, but this really is the best part of roasting coffee; experimenting
we used the java blawan estate as we have roasted this hundreds of times and are very familiar with how to get the best out of it
the mocha we have never roasted before , so it was a bit of a guess to be honest, but we’ve gone very light
