this post does not have anything to do with coffee, so it may not be of interest to you, but i enjoy sailing and the technology race that is the America’s Cup and this morning Emirates Team New Zealand released this animation of their concept design for their AC75 class
even if you have no interest in sailing, hopefully you will appreciate how hard these guys are pushing the design & engineering envelope in sailing
