I probably should have made this change a long time ago as we ship the machines with the top half of the group removed and as a result the piston seals often arrive with the customer with insufficient lubrication on the seals – it is incredibly frustrating if you are not in a position to readily acquire what is a relatively specialised lubricant
Whilst expensive, this is a lubricant that surpasses anything else i have been able to find and we’ve spent a fair bit of time and money buying & trying
If i could source this lubricant in a smaller size i would to keep the cost down, but i have been unable to

All silicone lubricants eventually wear away in a lever group, but the ptfe in Loxeal No.4 bonds to the metal surfaces permanently and acts as a dry lubricant after the silicone grease has been worn away, ensuring the continued protection of the working edges of your piston seals for increased service intervals
