Further To our telephone conversation this morning, I can confirm receipt of my order. I collected the package from Guernsey airport yesterday evening
The parcel was undamaged and the DHL agent in Guernsey could not have been more help full
The contents of the parcel were also in perfect condition, assembly was a five minute job and once the plastic coating was removed I was able to start pulling shots. As Pavoni user of 26 years I may need to practice for a while. I can say however that the first cup was better than anything I have made previously
I can confirm that all of my order was included and that the serial number underneath the machine matches that on the test certificate (192820213)
What a breath of fresh air make a purchase of a product that is superbly engineered, value for money, simple to use and offered for sale by a man who really does care about more than just the bottom line
