If you are a customer I am as frustrated as you are at the moment with the length of time it is taking to get machines out the door. We expected to receive 2400W and 1400W elements this week and they have not arrived. The machines for the customers listed below are complete, other than awaiting the arrival of elements. All they need then is to be ‘panelled up’ and sent for testing and finally, packed.
